- Open any web browser from your laptop or mobile and search for the official website of Qatar Airways.
- Go to the management booking tab on the home page.
- There you will have to put the booking reference number. And your last name as printed on your ticket and then proceed for the changes as per your requirement.
- Now you will have to select whatever changes you want to make and click on submit.
- Now the page will show the payable amount due to the changes made. Once the payment is done, you will get a confirmation mail along with your new Itinerary.

- The change in departure or arrival by two hours of actual schedule is allowed free of charge by Qatar Airways. But if the changes are of more than 2 hours, then there will be some charges. That have to be paid during the modification.
- If the ticket is booked in economy class, but you want to upgrade to business class. Then this will be chargeable. You will have to pay the difference amount that will come in the fare between economy class and business class. Once you confirm the changes in your ticket. But there will not be any fees for making the upgrade.
- Qatar Airways allows any changes to the flight but it has to be done three hours before the scheduled departure time of the flights. If you have not changed your flight before three hours then you will have to fly in the same flight as per the ticket is booked or you have to cancel your flight if you are unable to fly.
- In case Qatar Airways has cancelled the flight that you were booked in due to technical, operational issues or bad weather, then you can change your flight timing to the next available flight completely free of charge, but if you want upgrade your cabin as well, then you will have to pay the fare difference during rescheduling.
