But, we’re here to show you some simple, delicious recipes that will make your mouth water while also giving you energy! Whatever your New Year’s resolution is, one thing that might help you stick to it is cooking healthy meals at home with the ingredients on hand instead of ordering takeout or eating fast food all the time.

Eating well and being fit are not mutually exclusive. You can do both at the same time. And, if you have to choose between one or the other, it’s best to pick health first because without your health there is nothing else worth living for.
