The Fruit You Should Have In Summer Season

In the summer season, your body is covered in sweat, hot Sun is overhead, we get easily dehydrated. We need something which can charge our body immediately. During the summer season, people try watermelon diet whichever suits their body. As the temperature is increasing with each passing year, it is more important to take care of our bodies. Also, we need to eat local fruits so that we reap the maximum benefits of that fruits. If we eat or consume more fruit and vegetables that would be very helpful for our body, we will get all the necessary vitamins and minerals which we require for our body. But nowadays fruits are often bein ignored by us in our daily diet. We eat them between our meals but ideally, they should have been our meal. Seasonal and regional foods can be our shield against the ruthless weather. Eating fruits is the easy way to get instant energy which will recharge our battery which can be our dose of cloud 9 during such harsh weather.

Watermelon 

During every summer season, we are waiting to have delicious and juicy watermelon which not only satisfies our taste buds but the prices of this fruit are very less and pocket-friendly for the common man. A person having this fruit gets good sources of vitamin  C and vitamin A along with plenty of water which hydrates their body. Watermelon is a good source of potassium which maintains water balance in our body, it also healthy for our heart and it also prevents muscle cramps along with that it is also a good source of Vitamin B6 which increases the immunity of that person.

Damage which is caused by sunray to our skin is prevented by eating watermelon. Eating this fruit has the power to prevent sunstrokes and cancer too.

Guava 

Guava is one fruit which helps you reducing weight if it is eating during the summertime. People hate heating guava as they are very hard, and have seeds when they are raw. If fruit becomes ripe it becomes very soft and we find small worms in that if it overripens. If a person suffers from diabetes he or she should include this in his diet on a regular basis as it controls the insulin level and the blood sugar level in our body. Females can have this  if they want to reduce the menstrual cramps

There are other fruits like Mango, Papaya, Strawberries, Plum, Grapes, Pineapples, Litchi, and Kiwi which can be very helpful during the summer seasons. During this covid 19 pandemic east fruits which are a good source of minerals and vitamin which can help us boost our immune system. Eat fruits at regular intervals during the daytime which controls our craving for unwanted food which is nothing but waiting to make us sick. The especially roadside fast which is unhygienic and unhealthy for us. So eat fruits regularly and be healthy.
