  • Divide this mixture and shape into cutlets (tikki).
  • Coat the cutlets evenly with breadcrumbs.
  • Keep them in refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  • Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame until both sides turn golden brown and crispy. 
  • Once prepared, serve it with green chutney, or tamarind chutney.

How to make?

  • Combine mushrooms with maida, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper. Deep fry until golden.
  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and onions, then add bell peppers.
  • Stir in chilli sauces, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, and salt. Add the cornstarch slurry and water, and cook on high heat until thickened.
  • Add fried mushrooms to the sauce and toss to coat.

4.Cheese Corn Rolls

How to make?

  • Combine corn, cheese, capsicum, chilies, salt, chili flakes & oregano.
  • Cut spring roll sheets into rectangles; keep covered.
  • Add filling, fold & roll tightly, seal edges with maida slurry.
  • Deep fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

5.Veg Manchurian Gravy

How to make?

  • Mix grated cabbage, carrot, capsicum, maida, cornflour, salt & pepper. Then, shape manchurian balls and fry till golden.
  • To prepare the gravy, sauté garlic, ginger, green chilies.
  • Add onion, capsicum, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper. 
  • Then add water, bring to a boil, and thicken with cornflour slurry.
  • Add fried balls into gravy, simmer 1–2 mins.

How to make?

  1. Heat oil and then sauté garlic.
  2. Add onion & vegetables. Stir-fry on high flame.
