Degree or Experience? What should be given more leverage?

If you have ever given an interview, you must have come across this question; “What is your work experience in this certain job?” This is one of the favorite questions of the recruiting managers to the applicants appearing for a job interview. 

Agreeing with the fact, education and experience go hand in hand and they aren’t negligible.
