Your attitude toward the issue is the issue.” When you’re caught up in drama, here are a few ways to shift your viewpoint.


Negativity should be avoided at all costs.
Have you ever noticed that focusing on the bad is frequently simpler than focusing on the positive? When you’re in a state of intense emotion, reasoning often takes a back seat. This can send you into a downward spiral of negative thinking. If the people with whom you spend the most time tend to be negative, it will be practically impossible for you to avoid being drawn into the same negativity.
